Big Atmosphere is a creative consulting firm founded in Chicago in 2007. Building on a broad foundation of experience in museums, we bring our place-making, experience development, exhibition design and exhibit content talents to a variety of projects: from science museums to public gathering spaces in schools, historic landmark buildings and more.

Our approach is that of storytellers and creative problem solvers. To ignite the inspiration in our audience, we begin by empathetically listening to and observing the opportunity at hand, whatever the topic. Working closely with clients, guests, subject-matter experts and the rest of the project team, Big Atmosphere carries a unifying vision for a project through to opening day.
